Day 3: Today I get to go home from the hospital! I am so excited to meet my big sisters, Tabitha and Matilda and to see my new home! Granny and Grandad have been there getting things ready for mum, dad, and me. But, someone needs to talk to mum about these clothes . . . they are a little too big!
